Registrations are binding. Cancellation can be made free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the event. In case of later cancellation, the full fee (100%) will be charged. Note that the place can be transferred to another person within the same company.

The number of seats at the conference is limited, each partner organization is guaranteed 5 seats. If more than 5 participants from the same organization register, the Center management will confirm or reject your participation 14 days before the event.
