Registrations are binding but can be transferred to another person within the same organization.
If the number of participants is too low to run the event with maintained quality, RISE retains the right to cancel any activity up until 7 days prior to its start. In case of emergencies with limited time for RISE to respond and make changes, RISE retains the right to cancel closer to the event than 7 days. RISE is responsible for informing all registered participants of the change as soon as possible. RISE is not liable for any costs accrued by the participant with regards to cancelled events.
