Dialogue conditions
The orientation dialogues provide a high-level orientation to project promoters, focusing on potential project outline and questions related to the call text and general orientations within the framework of the call text. There are eight time slots available and they are provided on a first come first served basis.

Project specific questions, whether related or not to specific award criteria or methodologies, must be avoided and will not be answered during the orientation dialogue. Such questions can only be answered via the official helpdesk.
This is important to ensure equal treatment of all applicants. Please note that the orientation dialogues cannot pre-judge the outcome of the official evaluation procedure.
Instructions – important information!
Booking of time slots for one-to-one meetings is done separately via an external link to Microsoft Bookings. You find this link to book one-to-one meetings after filling out the registration form below. NB! Filling out the registration form does NOT confirm one-to-one meetings! The meetings are 25 minutes each but the time slots are 30 minutes to give room for startup time connecting etc.
How to book a time slot
Choose January 26th 2023 in calender and choose a time slot and provide your name and e-mail address and send. You should then receive a confirmation e-mail with a teams link to the meeting and option to add the meeting to your calendar. Note that time slots might be presented in your local timezone depending on your settings.
NB: Only one person can book a time slot! If you want more people to attend, the person who made the booking needs to forward the confirmation to additional participants.
No more slots? Waiting list
If you don't see any time slots displayed on the 26th of January all slots have been taken. You can be put on a waiting list in case there are any cancellations by sending an e-mail to marie.elmqvist@ri.se.
Cancellation
If you have booked a time slot and need to cancel, please make sure to use the correct link for cancellation you receive in the confirmation e-mail.
Additional information and questions
Marie Elmqvist, communications specialist at EU SME Support, is the administrator of these one-to-one meetings. This means that your confirmation e-mail will confirm the meeting with Marie, but she is only the facilitator and will forward the meeting links to Carla Benauges, Giorgia Caroli and Christophe Dehout. On the time for the meeting Marie will just facilitate and make sure you can connect correctly to your slot and then leave the dialogue.
