We are a group of researchers from RISE Research Institute of Sweden who want to invite external public organisations to test a hands-on and playful method for re-designing existing public services with the aim of increased inclusion.
Public services should be by default understandable, adapted to different needs and open to everyone in society. Increasing level of digitalisation and use of artificial intelligence and data-driven decisions can give rise to new challenges and amplify existing problems related to inclusion for people coming from different life circumstances with different needs and experiences
We invite you to join us in a workshop where we will:
- Test a prototype for a hands-on method to re-design existing public services.
- Introduce different critical perspectives about the current state of inclusiveness of digital services, based on material developed for DIGG.
